ONLINE TRAINING REFUND POLICY

1. Please note that $300 Deposit is required to reserve your space in this training and is Non-Refundable under any circumstances.

2. If student withdraws from Training prior to start date, student may receive refund on payments made, minus Non-Refundable Deposit.

3. If student withdraws from Training after Training start date, student is liable for full tuition rate ($500/month) for any Training months participated in and/or accessed online.

For example, if student withdraws from Training during the second month of training, they are liable for $1000 of tuition.
If they have paid $300 Non-Refundable Deposit plus $500 of monthly payments, they are liable for the remaining $200 of tuition and agree to pay it.
If, on the other hand, they have paid $300 Non-Refundable Deposit plus $1000 of monthly payments, they may ask for a refund of $300 for excess tuition payments made.

4. We believe strongly in the quality of training we provide. If a student finds the Training lacking in expected quality, they may request a full or partial refund, minus $300 Non-Refundable Deposit, within 30 days of beginning the Training. This process can be started by emailing brimiryam@gmail.com. Issuing of refunds and the amount of refunds are ultimately at the discretion of Bri Miryam; however, we prioritize integrity as a business and will make every reasonable attempt to resolve issues with you.

5. No refunds will be considered or given beyond 30 days of Training start date for reasons of dissatisfaction.

6. No refunds will be considered or given after Training completion date for any reason.

7. Paying your deposit and reserving your space indicates that you agree to the above terms.

GREECE IMMERSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When you make a deposit or any payments for this Immersion, you understand and agree to the following:

1. You are contracting us to book international travel accommodations and services on your behalf; please understand that these are not refundable from vendors on our end. For this reason, Greece Immersion payments are generally non-refundable. If emergency circumstances arise after registration that prevent you from participating in the Immersion (i.e. family death, extreme weather, national disaster, etc.), we will be happy to review the situation via email (brimiryam@gmail.com) to consider a partial refund. What constitutes an emergency circumstance is ultimately at the discretion of Bri Miryam; however, every reasonable and fair effort will be made to review your circumstances.
2. For the above reasons, your deposit may not be refundable, even in cases of emergency and other approved refunds.
3. If ​you withdraw from the Immersion prior to April 14, 2023, remainder of payments owed will ​be canceled. After April 14, 2023, you will be liable for remainder of Immersion cost to cover your space.
4. If you withdraw from the Immersion and wish to recoup your full payment, it is your responsibility to find someone to take your space.
5. Bri Miryam is not responsible or liable for problems arising in flights, transportation, itinerary changes or circumstances beyond our control, nor for any loss, injury or damage to your person or property, nor for any delays in transportation. We highly encourage you to purchase your own travel insurance.
6. We will do our best to link up carpools, but transportation to and from Armonia Retreat Center is ultimately your expense and responsibility. If you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, your taxi and hotel fees will be your responsibility.
7. Bri’s husband will be at the Retreat Center caring for their infant son. He will not be partici​pating in Immersion sessions or ceremonies. Bri’s son may, however, be prese​nt and at times nursing during sess​ions. :)
